Artist's Description
In the Mesa County town of Palisade,Colorado, a deserted tractor rests in front of Mount Garfield, a distinctive sandstone promomontory, part of the Book Cliffs Mountain Range in western Colorado. The butte caps resemble a shelf of books and Mount Garfield was named after President James Garfield who was assassinated In 1881.
About Anthony John Coletti
Anthony John Coletti grew up in the small New England town of Swampscott on the Atlantic seaboard. It was 10 miles north of the city of Boston where he established his reputation as a professional photographer, working with corporations, design firms, and advertising agencies. Developing a passion for architecture, he has and continues to work with architects and builders. Coletti has also won awards through the American Society of Media Photographers for his location work. Moving to Saint Petersburg, Florida in 2004, Coletti began working with local business, and started to concentrate on more editiorial work and travel related work in Central and South America.
